Gluten Free Festive Cakes
I love a dark chocolate cake at Christmas dinner, but I also love a cranberry cake drizzled with lemon glaze! And then, of course, deeply spiced gingerbread also has a place on the dessert table. So many options! Pick your favorites from my list below!
Gluten Free Cranberry Cake
This gorgeous cake is wonderful after dinner, topped with lemon glaze and a spoonful of whipped cream, but it is lovely as a brunch dessert, too.
Gluten Free Gingerbread Cake
My go-to cake! To really take it over the top, frost the cake with salted caramel frosting and scatter the top with sugared cranberries.
Gluten Free Gingerbread Loaf
This tender and fluffy gluten-free gingerbread loaf recipe features whole-grain oat flour and no molasses for those times when you're out but still want to make gingerbread!
Gluten Free Dark Chocolate Cake
I love a rich chocolate cake at the holidays, and this one is deeply, darkly decadent. Make a double-layer cake and fill it with chocolate buttercream for a special dessert.
Gluten Free Persimmon Cake
Topped with sweet maple glaze, this gluten-free persimmon cake is packed with warming holiday spices and makes the most of the persimmon season.

Gluten Free Pies and Crisps
No, you don't need to save pumpkin pie just for Thanksgiving! And an apple crisp is welcome any time of year. These fall and winter-forward gluten-free pies and crisps are so good served with ice cream.
Gluten Free Apple Cranberry Crisp
The perfect winter dessert, sweet apple balances tart cranberries for a homey dessert that's lovely after a big holiday feast. (See photo above!)
Maple Pumpkin Pie
I love sweetening pumpkin pie with pure maple syrup! It's so flavorful and feels so holiday-ish. Make a more traditional gluten free pumpkin pie without maple syrup if you like.
Gluten Free Apple Pie
Your choice of a gluten-free all-butter pie crust or an oat flour pie crust sandwiches plenty of spiced apples and brown sugar.
Gluten Free Apple Crumble
A buttery topping is strewn across apple slices for a warming dessert. Don't forget the vanilla ice cream.
Gluten Free Apple Galette
Tender, cinnamon-spiked apple slices are folded into a buttery gluten-free pastry for a deliciously rustic apple galette that's just right with salted caramel sauce and whipped cream.
Gluten Free Cherry Crisp
Use frozen cherries here so you can make this pretty crisp even in December! Or, swap half of the cherries for cranberries to make a more seasonal dessert.

Other Gluten Free Christmas Sweets
Dig into a creamy chocolate pudding or make the most of muffins and quick breads for your sweet offering on the brunch table.
Gluten Free Chocolate Pudding
I make this gluten free chocolate pudding every year on Christmas Eve as part of our annual little "fancy dinner," and it's sooooo deliciously decadent. Take small bites!
Gluten Free Cranberry Orange Muffins
These sweet and tender muffins feature whole grain gluten-free flour, lots of juicy cranberries, and a burst of citrus.
Gluten Free Cranberry Walnut Bread
This lovely loaf of gluten-free cranberry walnut bread is tender and moist, studded with juicy cranberries and crunchy walnuts, and made in just one bowl!
Gluten Free Gingerbread Muffins
Enjoy these spiced gluten-free gingerbread muffins for breakfast, or add cream cheese frosting and turn them into cupcakes for dessert! Yogurt, whole-grain oat flour, and a hint of molasses make these little beauties a festive and nourishing treat.
