Make a small batch of gluten free waffles for two for yourself or to share! Easy, crisp-tender waffles are the perfect vehicle for lots of maple syrup and fruit.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cup oat flour (140 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup whole milk

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the butter, egg, and milk.
  • Add the wet mix to the flour mix and whisk to combine. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes, then heat a waffle iron and, using 1 cup of batter, cook the waffles one at a time. You should get about 3 waffles.
