Delicious salad, though admittedly not as delicious as previously mentioned portobella salad:

Greens (baby spinach/lettuce)
Roasted beets
Leftover roasted red potatoes/baby yams
Sliced radishes
Pumpkin seeds
Grape tomatoes
Lemon ginger sesame dressing
S+p

Yum.
