I’m really terrible with school lunches. S is not a terribly adventurous eater and if I pack something she doesn’t like she won’t eat it even if she’s hungry. Also she’s SO busy at preschool sometimes she forgets to eat! Today I tried to minimally step it up with a hummus/carrot sandwich roll, a pb&j heart, dried mango (no sugar, just mango!), apple slices, and cut up pumpkin bread for a “treat”. 90% sure the apple and bread will be consumed and the other stuff will come home later ...
